Three years ago I gave birth to my first child and I gained 60 lbs during pregnancy! Finally, at 8 months postpartum I told myself "No more! I'm losing this weight!" I went on a strict healthy eating plan, crazy gym workout schedule, & bought sessions with personal trainers. I lost all my baby weight and then some! It took a lot of hard work and dedication, but I stuck with it and I felt great!! With that said, a year and a half ago I gave birth to my second child. My daughter is a year and a half and I am finally taking the steps I need to become fit and healthy again! I feel like the weight has been harder to get rid of this time around, so I decided to change things up. I'm not going to the gym! Instead, I am going to commit to several Beachbody programs and the first one I'm starting with is Insanity! I am also going to blog about my progress to hold myself accountable and also hopefully encourage others to get fit and stay healthy as well! I even decided to become a Beachbody Coach and I am so excited to be able to say that! I love that I have the opportunity to be involved with people's transformations and journey's to becoming healthy!!
